How difficulty is rated
Difficulty is an editorial estimate of the standard, full movement. It is not a certified scale. The rating weighs how much prior strength and body control it asks for, how long the usual road is for someone who trains steadily, and how much a badly prepared attempt can cost. Many movements have easier and harder versions; each page shows the steps.
